• Evaluate operator performance and provide targeted coaching and training.

Responsibilities

• Develop processes and procedures to ensure safe and efficient operations and training materials.
• Provide training to operators on operation techniques, safety protocols, inspections procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Evaluate operator performance and provide feedback, with additional training as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve safety, efficiency, and reduce downtime and participate in maintenance projects.
