ONEOK is seeking a Safety and Health professional to analyze, develop and identify S&H improvement opportunities, and implement programs to meet regulatory requirements within ONEOK's Environmental, Safety and Health Management System framework. Final grade and wage will reflect background, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities include researching new S&H procedures, field compliance, risk communication, incident investigations, training delivery, workplace assessments, and presenting

Competenze

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations—General & Construction Industry.
• Experience developing S&H programs and presenting data.
• Ability to communicate and train employees and contractors.

Mansioni

• Research and develop S&H procedures and practices.
• Ensure field compliance with S&H procedures.
• Identify S&H risks and communicate requirements to stakeholders.
• Investigate safety incidents and recommend controls.
• Deliver S&H training and conduct site inspections.
• Perform workplace assessments for chemical/noise/radiation hazards.
