Responsibilities

• Leads SH&E efforts on projects with Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Provides safety training for employees and subcontractors.
• Prepares safety bid documents and project-specific safety programs.
• Conducts safety audits and project inspections.
• Investigates accidents and manages workers' compensation claims.
• Maintains incident logs and supports erosion control and environmental duties.
• Promotes customer relations and industry/community engagement.
