Nucor Steel Brandenburg is seeking a Safety Coordinator that is a leader in the division to help to achieve safety performance results through development and execution of the health and safety strategy, risk reduction, team engagement, compliance assurance, and training. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
About 30% of this role will focus on conducting safety training such as crane, mobile equipment, fall protection, etc. and maintaining safety training records for the Division.
This position requires willingness to spend time on the floor to obtain an understanding of operations for their area to be a safety resource to the team.
