Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of labor crews.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
• Assign tasks and provide clear instructions to crew members.
• Inspect work progress, equipment, and sites to verify safety and quality standards.
• Maintain time, production, and other records as required.
• Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to meet milestones.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate laborers to build a strong team.
• Monitor use of materials and equipment to prevent waste and ensure maintenance.
• Identify and resolve issues causing delays or safety hazards.
