Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction labor experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication; commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule labor crews on construction sites.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, policies, and project requirements.
• Assign tasks and provide clear instructions to crew members.
• Inspect progress, equipment, and sites to verify safety and quality.
• Maintain records of time, production, and other relevant data.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other foremen to meet milestones.
