Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction labor experience, with leadership or supervisory duties.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Commitment to safety and quality in construction environments.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule labor crews.
• Ensure work complies with safety regulations and project requirements.
• Assign tasks and provide clear instructions to crew members.
• Inspect progress, equipment, and sites to verify safety and quality.
• Maintain time, production, and other records as required.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other foremen to meet milestones.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate laborers to build a strong, productive team.
• Monitor material and equipment use to prevent waste and ensure maintenance.
• Identify and resolve issues that could cause delays or hazards.
