Job summary

Shoppa's Material Handling seeks a Target Zero Training & Safety Specialist to develop, coordinate, and deliver OSHA-compliant operator training for PITs, MEWPs, and related equipment at our Fort Worth location. You will conduct classroom and hands-on sessions, assess performance, issue certifications, and maintain records in the LMS.

This role travels to branch locations, coordinates with safety teams, updates training materials, and promotes Shoppa's Target Zero safety culture while staying

Qualifications

• OSHA training and safety program coordination
• Strong classroom and hands-on instruction
• Experience maintaining training records in an LMS (Learning Management System)

Responsibilities

• Deliver OSHA-compliant operator training for PITs and MEWPs and related equipment
• Conduct classroom and hands-on instruction, evaluations, and operator certifications
• Maintain training documentation, attendance logs, and LMS records; travel to branches as needed
