• Ensure nails are removed from mold materials
• Smooth concrete edges with a hand stone prior to stripping
• Inspect all rigging before use
• Help clean the production area after the stripping process
• Assist in preparing panels for final finishing in the yard
• Support special projects as assigned by the supervisor
• Complete all assigned tasks safely and efficiently
