Wells in Monroeville, AL is seeking hands-on, safety-driven individuals for production and panel stripping tasks. You will verify rails and nails, prepare panels, and help keep the production area clean and safe; physical work is required and teamwork is essential.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, good communication and reliability, and the ability to follow directions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Self-starter with a high level of motivation.
• Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and strong manual dexterity with problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Verify rails, bullheads, and kickers are removed before stripping the panel.
• Ensure all nails are removed from the mold materials.
• Smooth concrete edges with a hand stone prior to stripping the panel.
• Inspect all rigging before use.
• Help clean the production area after the stripping process.
• Assist in preparing panels for final finishing in the yard.
• Support special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
• Complete all assigned tasks safely and efficiently
