Job summary

Target is seeking a Logistics Yard Coordinator in Denver to oversee daily trailer movement at the Distribution Center yards. You will collaborate with drivers and cross-functional teams to keep trailers flowing and on schedule. This role emphasizes safety, requires a valid driver's license, and the ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Possesses and maintains a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
• Experience working in a high volume, high activity environment.
• Direct experience within a distribution center truck yard or traffic management preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily trailer movement within Distribution Center yards.
• Maintain a safety-first culture and address unsafe acts.
• Operate Target-owned vehicles for yard audits.
• Update yard management system with trailer status.
• Coordinate with First Mile Transportation on trailer pools and freight flow.
• Ensure timely trailer releases for scheduled deliveries to stores.
