Responsibilities

• Supervise a high performing team handling receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping.
• Monitor production volume and reassign tasks to meet demand.
• Communicate objectives and workload plans to the team.
• Address safety concerns and ensure safe work practices.
• Coach and develop associates; provide feedback and performance reviews.
• Manage staffing, shift turnover, and attendance; resolve HR questions.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet KPIs and budget targets.
• Document shift activities and incidents; coordinate with maintenance.
• Drive process improvements and actionable operational changes.
