Job summary

PDM US is seeking a proactive Safety & Environmental Coordinator to foster a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace within our manufacturing facility. You will support EHS programs, regulatory compliance, audits, training, and incident investigations.

Collaborating with employees, supervisors, HR, and leadership, you will promote safety culture, manage PPE and records, and drive continuous improvement through teamwork and strong communication.

Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing safety, environmental compliance, or EHS programs.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Support environmental, health, and safety compliance programs.
  • Coordinate safety training and document records.
  • Conduct facility inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
  • Assist with PPE selection, inventory management, and employee compliance.
  • Maintain safety and environmental records and support regulatory reporting.
  • Coordinate with safety vendors and service providers.
  • Participate in safety committees and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with HR and operations leadership to strengthen safety culture.

Job description

PDM US is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety & Environmental Coordinator to help foster a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. This position supports all aspects of our environmental, health, and safety programs, including regulatory compliance, employee training, audits, incident investigations, PPE administration, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout our manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of workplace safety, environmental compliance, and manufacturing operations. This individual will work closely with employees, supervisors, HR, and leadership to promote a culture where safety, accountability, and continuous improvement are top priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support environmental, health, and safety compliance programs.
  • Coordinate safety training and maintain related records and documentation.
  • Conduct facility inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
  • Assist with PPE selection, inventory management, and employee compliance.
  • Maintain safety and environmental records and support regulatory reporting.
  • Coordinate with safety vendors and service providers.
  • Participate in safety committees and continuous improvement initiatives.
