Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in safety-related field.
- 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience with OSHA compliance, incident investigations, risk assessments, and emergency response programs.
Responsabilités
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses in manufacturing and office areas.
- Monitor workplace conditions to identify safety improvements.
- Ensure OSHA, state, federal, and local regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate fire drills, evacuation exercises, and emergency preparedness activities.
- Lead investigations of accidents, injuries, near misses, and fire incidents.
