Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in industrial hygiene, occupational safety or related field.
• Fundamental understanding of industrial hygiene and safety principles, OSHA regulations, and related concepts.
• Ability to resolve technical problems and communicate findings effectively.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze loss-producing workplace conditions and conduct safety investigations.
• Develop and tailor safety training for various departments and areas.
• Maintain safety manuals and documentation; support OSHA and other regulatory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state health and safety regulations within budget.
• Observe all laws and regulations while conducting company business.
