Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional to support the implementation of EHS programs across sites. You will collaborate with teams to identify risks and recommend practical solutions that enhance operational safety and compliance.

You will monitor adherence to EHS protocols, contribute to continuous improvement, and communicate policies to encourage employee engagement in safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in EHS roles within industrial, manufacturing, construction or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction training required; First Aid/CPR/AED certifications preferred.
• STSC and OSHA 500 certifications preferred.
• OSHA/EHS protocols and standards knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts routine and non-routine site inspections and risk assessments independently, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions.
• Assists in the development and delivery of standard EHS training for staff.
• Maintains accurate records of incidents, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Supports investigations of incidents independently by gathering data and preparing reports.
• Monitors safe management of project strategies to ensure safe practices.
