Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an EHS professional to support the implementation of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs on construction sites in the United States. You will collaborate with teams to identify risks, monitor compliance, and enhance safety practices through training and documentation.

The role involves delivering EHS training, maintaining incident records, and assisting investigations while promoting engagement in safety initiatives and adherence to established protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in environmental science, occupational health or safety preferred.
• 2–4 years of EHS experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction training required; additional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments, document findings and actions.
• Assist in delivering standard EHS training for staff.
• Maintain records of incidents, inspections and compliance activities.
• Support investigations by gathering data and preparing reports.
• Promote adherence to EHS policies and participate in safety initiatives.
