Job summary

Behr Paint Company is hiring an Order Puller in McDonough, GA. You will lift cases up to 75 lbs, load them onto pallets, and use a scanner to fulfill daily orders. Safety is a priority, with training and required safety gear including steel-toed shoes.

Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, with $1 raises at 6 and 12 months, and a $3/hr shift differential for off-shifts. A high school diploma or GED is required; no prior warehousing experience is necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to lift between 40 and 75 lbs repeatedly all day.
• High school diploma or GED required; no prior paint/warehouse experience necessary.
• Safety training and use of appropriate safety equipment provided.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders using a scanner gun and manually lift cases or buckets onto pallets.
• Load pallets with cases (about 40 lbs) and 75 lb buckets for shipment.
• Deliver pallets to loading department using a rider jack; maintain safe, timely operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow attendance expectations.
