Job summary

Behr Paint Company is hiring an Order Puller for the 3rd shift in Kutztown, PA. You will pull paint orders using a scanner, then manually lift cases and buckets onto pallets before moving them with a rider jack to the loading area.

This role requires the ability to lift 40–75 lbs repeatedly, a high school diploma or GED, and strict safety discipline. Training is provided to ensure safe operation and accuracy throughout the shipping process.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 40–75 lbs repeatedly.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior painting/warehousing experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders using a scanner gun.
• Manually lift cases (40 lbs) or buckets (75 lbs) onto pallets.
• Load pallets with a rider jack to the shipping area.
• Maintain safety, accuracy, and timely operations to support drivers.
