Standlee Premium Western Forage in Eden Plant seeks a Production Manager to lead daily Production and Rail operations, guiding 4 direct reports and about 159 team members across Production and Rail. The role centers on safety, quality, and assured supply to meet customer demand.

You will own metrics, labor planning, and frontline leadership development, aligning priorities with customer needs and the plant's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or similar industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline supervisors and Rail Lead; develop leaders and succession plans.
• Ensure safety, quality, and assured supply across Production and Rail.
• Monitor production, labor, and performance metrics; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Planning, Inventory, and Shipping.
