Job summary

Standlee Premium Western Forage seeks a Plant Supervisor I to oversee swing shift operations (3 p.m.–11:30 p.m.), directing manufacturing of premium forage products while upholding safety, quality, and cost standards. You will guide a cross-functional team and ensure adherence to production schedules in a dynamic plant environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to optimize labor and material usage to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading manufacturing teams and coordinating resources.
• Strong understanding of production and process improvement methods.
• Familiarity with safety, quality control, and cost management principles.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize facility and equipment maintenance activities.

• Assist Plant Manager with budgets and expenditures for materials and labor.
• Direct and coordinate production, processing, distribution, and related activities.
• Train and manage shift staff; address safety and performance issues.
