Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the production line with minimal supervision while meeting productivity, waste, and quality standards.
• Perform minor mechanical repairs and adjustments on line equipment.
• Look for improvements to reduce waste and increase production within quality guidelines.
• Promote safety through teamwork, ownership and accountability.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specifications.
• Monitor and input data into computer control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance and keep work area clean.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Prepare orders by ensuring materials and components are ready for use.
• Assist in setup, operation, and monitoring of machinery per procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to teammates.
