Job summary

Wells is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate forklift equipment across the facility and yard. You will move, load, and unload materials, perform routine inspections, and support production in the steel shop as needed in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or construction setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated safety-conscious approach and ability to follow procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely on rough terrain and in yard areas.
• Load, unload, and stack materials; move pallets and other loads as required.
• Perform routine forklift inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Assist in production areas with palletizing, loading/unloading trucks, and organizing materials.
