Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat Corp. is seeking a Data Management Specialist to lead Safety & Health data tracking, analysis, and communication at Quonset Point, North Kingstown, RI.

The role includes identifying injury prevention indicators and coordinating with operations leadership to improve health and safety programs. The ideal candidate will independently compile, analyze, and trend data, providing actionable recommendations and maintaining databases and communication with internal teams

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree or higher required.
2+ years data management or data analysis experience preferred.
Experience with OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1904/1915) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead data tracking, analysis, and communication for Safety & Health programs.
Identify leading indicators to predict and prevent injuries.
Utilize technology to track and trend injury data and indicators.
Communicate Safety & Health data to Operations leadership and Corporate Leadership.
Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and support program improvements.
Manage Safety & Health programs and databases, including action tracking.
Coordinate department IT and communications requests and travel as needed.
Collaborate with EB Groton CT and EB Quonset Point RI facilities to align data strategies.
