Job summary

Stellantis in Auburn Hills, MI, offers the WBHS Workplace Safety Culture Student Program for Summer 2026. This in-person role requires 24 hours per week during normal business hours, with potential 40 hours in summer at management’s discretion; cohorts start quarterly in January, April, June, and September, and students remain until graduation.

The program provides hands-on research, mentorship, and exposure to cutting-edge manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Organizational Psychology.
• Ability to work 24 hours per week, year‑round.

Responsibilities

• Assist in safety culture assessments (surveys, interviews, focus groups).
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and risks.
• Observe manufacturing operations to understand cultural drivers of safety performance.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership stakeholders.
