Pratt is seeking a Safety Coordinator responsible for safety reporting, training, and communications across various locations. The role requires ensuring compliance with safety policies and monitoring on-site personnel to maintain a safe work environment.

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience and knowledge of OSHA standards. You will assist in maintaining safety inspections and evaluations, gather and report safety data, and collaborate with the Safety Manager on policies

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in production, safety, or operations.
• Knowledge of lean operational processes and OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb stairs and ladders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper training and record-keeping of all employees.
• Maintain safety inspections and evaluations at the plant.
• Assist with weekly and monthly safety reports.
