GreenArrow is seeking a Safety Coordinator to lead safety across electrical construction operations in the United States. The role involves field engagement, partnering with site leaders, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and electrical safety regulations to keep teams safe and productive.

You will lead training, conduct investigations, and drive a stronger safety culture day after day. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in electrical construction and 2+ years in field safety.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in electrical construction.
• 2+ years of field safety experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification and OSHA DOL Card required.
• CHST certification required (GreenArrow will support the certification process).
• Clean driving record (MVR); daily driving required.

Responsabilidades

• Field safety: recommend corrective actions based on findings and trends.
• Partner with HR and insurance carriers on incident documentation, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work coordination.
• Prepare reports and presentations on safety performance for leadership review.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

PhysicalRequirements

• Abletobeonyourfeet8–10hoursadayinvaryingweatherconditions.
• Abletoworkfromladders,scaffolds,andaeriallifts,includingworkatheightsupto50feet.
• Abletoliftupto50poundsandcarryequipmentandmaterialsasneeded.
• Abletonavigateactiveconstructionenvironments,includingmanholes,confinedspaces,andrestrictedareas.
• RequiredtowearPPE(hardhat,safetyshoes,safetyglasses,gloves,masks,andearplugs)atalltimesonsite.
