Job summary

Amteck is seeking Traveling Safety Coordinators to monitor and enforce safety on electrical trades across job sites. You will conduct audits, guide teams on safety procedures, and respond to incidents with decisive actions to prevent injuries.

Qualified candidates will have strong OSHA knowledge, experience with electrical trades, and proven leadership. OSHA 10/30 is required, OSHA 500 preferred, with per diem and competitive wages for travel.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations for construction.
• Experience overseeing safety for electrical tradesmen on sites.
• Ability to lead, influence and motivate staff on safety procedures.
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required; OSHA 500 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety of electrical trades on each assigned job site.
• Perform safety audits and take appropriate action for accidents/incidents.
• Support continuous improvement of safety practices within the team.

We are currently hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to join our team. Our Safety Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the safety of all electrical trades on each job site they are assigned to support as well as perform safety audits and take the appropriate course of action for any accidents and/or incidents that occur.

What We Are Looking For
