Job summary

Amteck in the United States is seeking Traveling Safety Coordinators to join our team. You will oversee the safety of electrical trades on each job site you support and perform safety audits to take appropriate action for incidents.

We offer competitive wages and per diem, medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, and eight paid holidays. Extensive OSHA knowledge and leadership ability are essential, with OSHA 10/30 required and OSHA 500 preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction.
• Prior experience overseeing the safety for electrical tradesmen.
• Ability to effectively lead, influence, and motivate staff in regards to safety procedures.
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required; OSHA 500 strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety of electrical trades on each job site.
• Perform safety audits and take action for accidents/incidents.
• Assist in maintaining Amteck safety standards across sites.

We are currently hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to join our team. Our Safety Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the safety of all electrical trades on each job site they are assigned to support as well as perform safety audits and take the appropriate course of action for any accidents and/or incidents that occur.
