Job summary

Amteck is seeking Traveling Safety Coordinators to oversee safety across electrical job sites, conduct audits, and take corrective actions when incidents occur. You will help maintain our Diamond‑level safety program and support a culture of continuous improvement in safety practices.

Ideal candidates bring extensive OSHA construction knowledge, experience leading safety teams, and current OSHA 10/30 (OSHA 500 preferred).

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations for construction sites.
• Experience overseeing safety for electrical trades on job sites.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and motivate staff on safety procedures.
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification; OSHA 500 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety of all electrical trades on each assigned job site.
• Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions for incidents.
• Promote a culture of safety and respond to accidents promptly.

We are currently hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to join our team. Our Safety Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the safety of all electrical trades on each job site they are assigned to support as well as perform safety audits and take the appropriate course of action for any accidents and/or incidents that occur.

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction
• Prior experience overseeing the safety for electrical tradesmen
• Ability to effectively lead, influence, and motivate staff in regards to safety procedures
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required; OSHA 500 strongly preferred
