Job summary

Amteck is hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to join our team. You will oversee safety for electrical trades on each job site, perform safety audits, and implement corrective actions to prevent incidents.

Ideal candidates bring extensive OSHA knowledge, prior experience in electrical safety, and strong leadership to influence site safety culture. OSHA 10/30 certification is required; OSHA 500 preferred. Per diem and competitive wages offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules/regulations for construction.
• Experience overseeing safety for electrical tradesmen.
• Strong leadership and staff motivation in safety procedures.
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification; OSHA 500 preferred.

We are currently hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to join our team. Our Safety Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the safety of all electrical trades on each job site they are assigned to support as well as perform safety audits and take the appropriate course of action for any accidents and/or incidents that occur.

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction
• Prior experience overseeing the safety for electrical tradesmen
• Ability to effectively lead, influence, and motivate staff in regards to safety procedures
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required; OSHA 500 strongly preferred
