Job summary

Amteck, a leading electrical contractor, is seeking Traveling Safety Coordinators to oversee safety on job sites and support field teams. You will conduct safety audits and take action on accidents or incidents to prevent recurrence.

Ideal candidates have extensive OSHA knowledge for construction, experience overseeing electrical trades safety, and current OSHA 10/30 certifications; OSHA 500 preferred. Perks include competitive wages, per diem, benefits, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction.
• Prior experience overseeing safety for electrical tradesmen.
• Ability to lead, influence, and motivate staff in regards to safety procedures.
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification; OSHA 500 strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety of electrical trades on each job site.
• Perform safety audits and identify corrective actions.

We are currently hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to join our team. Our Safety Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the safety of all electrical trades on each job site they are assigned to support as well as perform safety audits and take the appropriate course of action for any accidents and/or incidents that occur.

What We Are Looking For
