Position Summary
The Safety Coordinator will support the implementation and management of the company's Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance, including injury reports, claims, work comp insurance billing, coding, and reconciliation. This is a third shift position.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain employee digital files through coordination with stakeholders.
• Complete injury and property damage reports, track claims, and coordinate with insurance. Notify insurance of employee work status. Maintain OSHA 300 log.
• Coordinate with departments to reduce injury risks.
• Assign training in the LMS system.
• Manage safety qualification data via vendor portals.
• Build rapport with employees and provide courteous service.
• Assist with digital record management for HR and Safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years supporting EHS or HR departments.
• US work authorization; sponsorship not available.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
