Job summary

JBS USA in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Safety Coordinator to ensure courteous, professional communication with internal and external personnel while maintaining meticulous safety records and training materials. Responsibilities

• Data entry and tracking of line meetings, PPE verifications, safety observations, training status, and investigation reports.
• Log and trend all Safety Observation forms.
• Log and maintain all Safety Training material (including chemical, machine-specific, annual training).
• Maintain and update Safety Communications throughout the facility.
• Assist with assorted special projects.
• Daily tasks are structured with deviations only for special projects.

• Data Entry and tracking of all line meetings, daily PPE verification’s, safety observations, training status, hearing tracking , and investigation reports)
• Log and trend all Safety Observation forms
• Log and maintain all Safety Training material (Including chemical specific, machine specific, affected — annual training,
• Maintain and update Safety Communications throughout the facility
• Assist with assorted special projects.
• Daily work tasks are rather structured with deviations occurring only when special projects are required to be completed.

**** The successful candidate must be able to work some Saturdays during times of increased beef production.

A successful candidate must have the following qualifications.

• Strong Beef Manufacturing Background preferred
