Job summary

Overview

Provides on-shift safety coverage under the direction of the Site Safety Manager. Included for scalability; typically engaged only if coverage ratio is met.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-floor safety oversight during assigned shifts; enforce PPE and safe-work practices.
• Conduct routine inspections and hazard spotting; stop unsafe work and escalated as needed.
• Support toolbox talks, powered-equipment checks, and safety onboarding.
• First response and documentation for incidents and near-misses; feed the risk/issues log.
• Maintain safety records and support audits directed by the Site Safety Manager.
• Work any shift on a 24/7 or scheduled basis as required.

Requirements

• Prior Safety Coordinator or field-safety experience in data center, warehouse, or industrial settings.
• OSHA 30 (or equivalent).
• Preferred; familiarity with material-handling and LOTO.
• Attentive, proactive, and able to hold peers to standard.

Pay And Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
• The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
