We are looking for motivated Mechanical Assembly Technicians interested in building their experience within a large-scale hyperscale data center environment.
This is a great opportunity for candidates coming from construction, manufacturing, industrial maintenance, mechanical assembly, skilled trades, or military technical backgrounds who want exposure to mission-critical data center infrastructure.
You will work alongside experienced technicians and crew leads to install large mechanical and structural assemblies supporting the continued build-out of a hyperscale data center campus.
Stage materials, hardware, and equipment ahead of installation.
Assist with structural support frame installation.
Assist with concrete anchors, module placement, alignment, and bolting.
Install containment panels, filler panels, trays, and doors.
Safely operate hand and power tools.
Operate scissor lifts after required training/qualification.
Follow drawings, installation instructions, and direction from lead technicians.
Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Participate in daily pre-task planning and safety activities.

This role gives technicians the opportunity to gain hands-on experience inside a large, rapidly scaling hyperscale data center environment while working alongside experienced mechanical installation professionals. This is a Contract position based out of Manassas, VA.
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
