Safety Coordinator – San Jose, CA
Pay: $33‑38/hr
This full‑time hourly position requires at least 40 hours per week in an outdoor environment subject to extreme cold, rain, sleet, snow, humidity, high temperatures, and high wind. The work environment varies with terrain, traffic, urban and rural settings and may expose the employee to natural gas, electrical shock, and moderate to loud noise levels.
Employee must be able to stand for long periods (up to 12 hours), tolerate extreme weather, lift 75 pounds, perform repetitive lifting, standing, climbing, kneeling, reaching, crouching, and crawling, and possess clear vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjust focus.
Applicants must pass company drug testing, a background check, and adhere to OSHA, state, city/municipality safety requirements and company training.
