Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a Mocksville client to hire a Safety Coordinator for a 3–6 month onsite assignment. The role pays $27–$36 per hour and is designed for immediate impact within a manufacturing setting.

You will partner with the Safety Manager to deliver trainings, audits, SOP updates, and employee engagement initiatives aimed at strengthening plant safety culture. This is a hands-on, deadline-driven contract role.

Qualifications

• Must have prior safety experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Process improvement and employee engagement experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

• Work alongside Safety Manager to support safety within manufacturing facility.
• Conduct safety/OSHA trainings and ensure new hires are briefed on safety requirements.
• Conduct safety audits.
• Implement new safety SOP’s based on incident history and areas for improvement.

LHH is partnering with a client in Mocksville searching for an Safety Coordinator to join their team! This role will be 3-6 months with potential to convert to a permanent position. Hours are M-F 8-5 fully onsite and will pay $27-36/hr. Prior safety experience within a manufacturing environment required to be eligible for this role!
