Job summary

EZARC is seeking a Safety Coordinator to develop and oversee the organization's health and safety processes. You will ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations, train staff in safety protocols, and respond to incidents with risk-based prevention strategies.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of workplace safety, strong communication, and the ability to analyze and improve safety procedures across the site in Lehi, Utah.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in managing organizational risk factors and safety procedures.
• Understanding of OSHA guidelines and state/local safety regulations.
• Familiarity with workplace tools, machines and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and enforce employee health and safety programs and promote safety awareness to minimize injuries.
• Comprehend federal, state, and local safety regulations and ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines.
• Draft and update safety training materials and train staff on safety protocols and preventative measures.

Summary:
