The Shockey Companies seek a safety and health professional to implement the company safety and health program on project sites. You will conduct new employee safety orientations, gather feedback to improve the program, and participate in safety committees.
You will coordinate required training, track compliance in the company database, perform regular project audits, and assist in pre-job safety planning with Project Managers and Superintendents.
Responsible for providing implementation of the company's safety and health program.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals and extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee frequently is required to drive from project to project.
