Green Products Recovery Company with operations across the United States, focused on sustainable solutions and safety-first operations currently seeking a highly motivated Operations Safety Support Manager to join their Bronx, NY team.

Position Opening: Operations Safety Support Manager
Location: Bronx, NY
Compensation: $20–$25/hour + Overtime
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Some Saturdays)
Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (until completion)

Position Summary
The Operations Safety Support Manager will be responsible for implementing production strategies, ensuring proper staffing and supply chain organization, and overseeing daily operations with a strong emphasis on workplace safety. This role involves direct supervision of the first shift operations team and active participation in operational problem-solving, continuous improvement, and adherence to safety standards in industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Direct supervision of 1st shift operations team

Enforce and promote safety protocols across all work areas

Monitor manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and logistics

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple facilities

Maintain and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Coordinate between production and warehouse functions

Develop and implement security measures to protect employees and property

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in production or operations management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting

Bachelor’s degree (technical/vocational field preferred) or equivalent work experience

Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills

Experience with budgeting and cost control responsibilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Additional Information

Travel is not required

This is a hands-on leadership role with daily floor presence

Overtime available based on operational needs
