Job summary

Well Done Foundation is seeking a fulltime Safety Specialist to lead workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and the implementation of safety protocols across multiple sites. The role emphasizes inspections, policy development, employee training, and incident investigations.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (or related field) with CSP/ASP preferred and 3–5 years of safety experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field is preferred.
• Certifications such as CSP or ASP are preferred.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of safety-related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
• Provide safety training sessions for employees on practices and emergency procedures.
• Investigate incidents to determine causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain records of inspections, trainings, and incident reports for compliance.
• Collaborate with departments to address safety concerns and integrate safety into daily operations.
• Monitor adherence to OSHA standards and other regulations.
