Airgas in Santa Fe Springs, CA is seeking a Specialist, Safety and Compliance to drive safety programs and regulatory compliance across locations. You will manage audits, incident investigations, and training records while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities

• Safety and Compliance Program Execution: implement safety and compliance programs, conduct site visits, inspections, and audits, support vehicle and DOT compliance.
• Documentation and Incident Management: track corrective actions, manage training records, assist with investigations and root cause analysis, maintain regulatory docs.
• Communication, Training, and Reporting: align safety expectations, coordinate training, prepare reports and data analyses.
