Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Safety Manager to lead and oversee all safety programs and compliance initiatives at the Jacksonville Fulfillment Center. You will drive a proactive safety culture, manage records, and report KPI metrics to leadership.

Reporting to the Director of EHS, you will develop policies, oversee training, coordinate drills, and collaborate with Operations, HR, Facilities, and Engineering to reduce workplace injuries and improve safety performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in EHS, safety or compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field preferred.
• Experience leading safety programs and incident investigations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee safety programs and compliance initiatives for the Jacksonville, FL Fulfillment Center.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards; ensure timely regulatory reporting.
• Oversee training programs, LMS updates, reporting, and user support.
• Develop and communicate EHS policies, SOPs, and safety materials.
• Lead emergency response planning and drills; ensure readiness.
