Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager to lead and oversee safety programs at the Jacksonville, FL Fulfillment Center. You will drive a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Operations and site leadership to protect employees.

You will develop training, track KPIs, and manage audits, incidents, and corrective actions while coordinating with cross-functional teams to reduce risks and injuries. This role reports to the Director of EHS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in EHS, safety, compliance, or related operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate EHS records (training logs, audits, incidents, certifications).
• Analyze safety trends, develop KPIs, and prepare safety dashboards for leadership.
• Lead safety training programs and LMS updates, reporting, and support.
• Develop and communicate EHS policies, SOPs, and safety communications.
• Oversee emergency response and business continuity planning.
• Lead safety audits, corrective actions, and regulatory deadlines.
• Facilitate monthly Safety Committee meetings and drive follow-through.
• Manage PPE and first aid programs, including inventory and vendor coordination.
• Conduct incident investigations and root-cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Facilities, Engineering on risk reduction.
