Job description

The Safety Compliance Assistant will work in conjunction with the Safety Director and Facilities department to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate all inspections
• State of NH reporting / licensing
• Conduct facility and safety checks
• Serve as the Hazardous Waste / Asbestos / Lead / Lead in the Water Coordinator
• Maintain SDS compliance and safety stations
• Coordinate with safety vendor for AED and first aid management
• Oversee the Safety Committee

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage workflow, commit to excellence, have high standards, understand written and verbal instructions, and be computer literate
• Required to obtain certain licensing and certifications
• Valid driver’s license and a clean background check required
