Florida Rock & Tank Lines, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator for the Safety Department in California. The role involves processing New Hire Driver files, running MVRs, background checks, and PSPs, and sending due reports on MVRs, Physicals, and licenses.

You will input DOT information into AIM and TMW, coordinate quarterly Drug & Alcohol testing, and handle awards logistics. This position requires accurate data entry and clerical efficiency while supporting safety

Formación

• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with DOT data entry in AIM and TMW or similar systems.
• Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds and ability to perform routine clerical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Process New Hire Driver files.
• Run MVR, Background checks & PSPs.
• Send out reports on MVR’s, Physical’s & Driver’s licenses that are coming due.
• Input DOT information into AIM and TMW.
• Coordinate and monitor quarterly Drug & Alcohol testing.
• Coordinate awards materials (certificates, plaques, gift cards) for annual awards.
• Distribute mail throughout the Safety Department.

## Description**Duties and Responsibilities:*** Process New Hire Driver files* Run MVR, Background checks & PSP’s* Send out Reports on MVR’s, Physical’s & Driver’s licenses that are coming due* Input DOT information into AIM and TMW* Send out reminder on Annual bonuses* Check Terminal bonuses against report and turn into Payroll Manager* Coordinate and monitor random selection of Drug & Alcohol testing every quarter and file records* Coordinate all aspects of certificates, plaques, gift cards etc for annual awards* Distribute mail throughout the Safety Department## Qualifications**Knowledge and Skills****:*** Strong computer skills* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite**Education and Work Experience****:*** TBD**Physical Demands****:**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
