Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction is looking for a Safety Area Manager to help lead and support safety efforts across heavy civil projects throughout the region. This is a hands‑on, field-focused leadership role for someone who enjoys building relationships with crews, coaching field leadership, and helping drive a strong, proactive safety culture.

• Support and help lead safety efforts across multiple heavy civil projects

Position Requirements

• Strong field presence and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with operations and field leadership
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 500/510 certifications
• CHST, CSP, or other safety certifications
• Experience supporting roadway, excavation, utility, concrete, or infrastructure projects
