Job summary

Qualifications

• Legally able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum 2 years of construction or manufacturing safety & health experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards.
• Ability to work as a team member with problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support field, shop, and office safety programs with supervisors and managers.
• Conduct safety training, audits, and investigations on job sites.
• Ensure compliance with IIPP and applicable regulations for safety.
• Lead safety initiatives with contractors and internal teams.
• Issue warnings and instruct on safe work practices as needed.
• Assist in injury reviews, incident investigations, and reporting.
