Job description

The Safety Administrative Assistant plays a crucial operational role in ensuring the safety, compliance, and smooth day‑to‑day administration at a high‑volume semiconductor plant construction site. Working directly with the Site Safety Team and trade partners, this role is responsible for managing worker safety onboarding, tracking site compliance metrics, maintaining critical safety records, and coordinating safety meetings and audits.

Given the fast‑paced, high‑hazard nature of a semiconductor mega‑project, this position requires strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse trade personnel, project engineers, and executive management.
